Christopher Nolan ’s Interstellar isn’t scheduled
to hit theaters until Friday, November 7th, but
apparently some folks will be seeing it three days
early because there are theaters in Los Angeles
that are selling tickets to IMAX screenings
beginning at 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 4th.
It’d make sense for Paramount to hold midnight
showings the night before the big debut, but three
days early is another story. The film stars Matthew
McConaughey, Anne Hathaway , Jessica
Chastain, Casey Affleck, Michael Caine, David
Oyelowo, Wes Bentley , John Lithgow , Ellen
Burstyn , Topher Grace, David Gyasi , Mackenzie
Foy, Bill Irwin , Timothée Chalamet and Matt
Damon. Of course if you don't know who Christopher Nolan is, he is the brain behind movies like the Dark Knight trilogy, Inception, memento etc. This should also be a solid addition to that impressive list of movie.

New film on the block; Interstellar
New ‘Horrible Bosses 2′ Trailer: Shower Buddies And Fight Clubbing
You’ve gotta love how Warner Bros. is marketing
Horrible Bosses 2. The last trailer pushed the
edges of what “Green Band” could do, featuring
some incredibly racy dialogue from co-star
Jennifer Aniston . She’s back in the latest trailer,
called the “Official Main Trailer” and again her
story sets the tone with some hilarious, off-color
humor. Everyone seems to be really going for it
here and, hopefully, the movie itself adheres to
that.
Horrible Bosses 2 returns all the stars of the 2011
hit. Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason
Sudeikis are once again three normal guys with
major issues who turn to crime for a solution.
Instead of murder though, this time the trio
decide to take up kidnapping. Specifically, they
target a guy and his father, played by Chris
Pine and Christoph Waltz.
Directed by Sean Anders, check out the latest
Horrible Bosses 2 trailer below

5 things we want to see in Marvel's Agent of the Shield
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D . returns for
its sophomore season
on ABC after its season 1 finale left viewers with
a lot of unanswered questions and some notable
cliffhangers. The S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic
Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics
Division) organization is down after the events of
Captain America: The Winter Soldier but not out,
and Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) is tasked with
the responsibility of reviving it with what little
resources and trust he has left – even if The
Avengers still somehow don’t know he’s alive.
Out of Coulson’s original team, his best field
agent (Brett Dalton’s Grant Ward) turned out to
be a traitor and one of his brightest (Iain De
Caestecker’s Leo Fitz) is in critical condition. But
the team has picked up a few new allies along
the way who will ideally help fans learn the true
meaning behind what’s happening with Coulson,
the origins of Agent Skye (Chloe Bennet), and
what this all means for the future of the Marvel
Cinematic Universe – if it means anything at all.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. started off slow, held back
by what it could and could not do in terms of
story in relation to the movies and limited access
to the characters from Marvel Comics. Towards
the end of the season however, the team of
original characters became a family of sorts and
their relationships and emotions
became something worthy of our attention. The
season also planted plenty of seeds
could potentially grow into big plot payoffs down
the road – if of course, the show is allowed to do
such a thing. The show’s executive producer, Jeff
Bell, promises that the season 2 premiere will
address a few key questions but we’re thinking
even bigger - Below are five questions and/or
topics we want to be revealed and explored
in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 2.
-
S.H.I.E.L.D. Become More Than
Coulson’s Team
Agent Coulson has a mobile base of operations, a
car that can fly, and a very small team of young
operatives but that doesn’t add up to something
worthy of being labeled S.H.I.E.L.D., conducting
missions all over the globe. He needs resources,
secret bases, equipment, weapons and a much
larger staff if the mysterious security force is to
be rebuilt into anything close to what it was pre-
Hydra.
Even though Coulson, an original character in the
movies, has been added to Marvel Comics, we
want to see S.H.I.E.L.D. grow to be what it was,
flying helicarriers and, so Nick Fury or Maria Hill
(Cobie Smulders) can lead - or at least pass the
torch to one of The Avengers like Tony Stark
(Robert Downey Jr.) like we see in the comics.
The Avengers are being bankrolled by Stark
when Agent of Ultron begins to fill the void left by
S.H.I.E.L.D. so we need to see the connection
there in season 2. Perhaps Stark can bring back
S.H.I.E.L.D. to it’s glory days?
-
Coulson’s Weirdness Solved
Agent Coulson is alive but he may not be well. As
we learned in Agents of SHIELD season
1, Coulson was forcefully subjected to borderline
torture by order of Director Nick Fury. Brain-
tampering robots aside, Coulson lived thanks to a
healthy(?) dose of blue alien Kool-Aid (blood) and
there are some serious side effects to the miracle
cure. That is, if you’re human by nature.
John Garrett drank the Kool-Aid and it enhanced
his intellect while also making him crazier than he
already was. He was seen drawing inexplicable
markings, the same markings revealed in the final
scene of the season one finale that Coulson is
now writing as well. Coulson is not fully Coulson
and there will be consequences of this. We hope
it’s not kept from viewers for the entire season,
but we need to learn what those markings mean,
and how the alien blood will affect Coulson in the
long-run. Is this a plot point that will fix itself, or
will it permanently change Coulson?
Could it transform Coulson into another character
from the comics and give him a different role to
play down the road, potentially back in the
movies?
-
Blue Alien History Explained
Used so far as a throwaway plot point to explain
the revival of Agent Coulson, the revelation that a
dead blue alien – conveniently and quickly
destroyed – was housed in a secret base on Earth
for sometime must have a larger payoff down the
road. Its blood served as the miracle juice
in saving the lives of Coulson and Skye (Chloe
Bennet) and it seemingly had different effects on
each of them.
Is that the same blue alien race known as the
Kree as depicted in Guardians of the Galaxy as
Bennet let slip in an interview? How did
S.H.I.E.L.D. acquire the body and if they did, why
has that not been a talking point of the movies to
date involving Nick Fury trying to protect Earth
from otherworldly threats? How long has
S.H.I.E.L.D. known about aliens and what
different species from Marvel Comics do they
know about? We need answers.
-
Skye’s Heritage Truly Revealed
Since the beginning of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D when
Coulson recruited the hacker Skye into his unit, it
was clear she was destined for something bigger.
Throughout the first season we learned little bits
of her mysterious upbringing, that she was
classified as a 0-8-4 by S.H.I.E.L.D., a
designation for a “object of unknown origin .” We
also know that many agents died trying to
protect her as a baby and that her real parents
were monsters. Add in the fact that she’s
seemingly immune to the negative effects of
having blue alien blood in her body, and it’s
becoming increasingly clear that she’s not a
normal human…
All of this must be building towards some
important connection to the MCU – and Marvel
Comics lore. The common theory is that since
this is a Whedon show, it could tie-in to The
Inhumans, a film in early development at Marvel
Studios, and it could even tie into next
summer’s The Avengers: Age of Ultron where a
pair of new super-powered characters are
introduced. Either way, this must be fully revealed
in season 2. It’s one of our biggest Agents of
S.H.I.E.L.D. questions .
-
Full Integration Into MCU ( Marvel Comics Universe)
As it stands, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is still a
series without real stakes. It features characters
not from the comics in stories not from the
comics and at a surface level, that means it
doesn’t necessarily have to mean anything in the
greater shared Marvel Cinematic Universe. And if
that’s truly the case and how it’s seen, then
what’s the point? The back half of season 1 –
partly in response to criticisms and largely thanks
to Captain America: The Winter Soldier started to
feel “more Marvel” – words by the series’
producer and season 2 aims to continue that
trend.
The show began to utilize few characters from
the comics (Bill Paxton’s John Garrett and
Saffron Burrows’ Victoria Hand), and we started
to see another transform into a Marvel Comics
character (J. August Richards’ Deathlok), but we
need to see these payoff in the bigger picture
plans of the movies since it is meant to be a part
of that long-form storytelling. With The Avengers:
Age of Ultron coming next summer near the end
of season 2 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. – and
remember, this is the followup to where Couson
“died” – we’d like to see these characters prove
that they matter when it comes to these large-
scale events.
Arrow Season 3 news
Great comic book heroes tend to be shaped by
great villains, and Arrow is no exception. With
Season 2 of the series the show’s writers swung
for the fences, pitting Oliver Queen (Stephen
Amell) up against one of the deadliest men in the
DC Comics universe: Deathstroke a.k.a. Slade
Wilson. With that supervillain now stepping aside
for Ra’s al Ghul himself , actor Manu Bennett
hints that fans haven’t seen the last of
Deathstroke – not if the showrunners get their
way, that is.
Anyone who followed along with Oliver Queen’s
battle against Wilson’s forces knows that the
superhuman killer got what was coming to him.
But even if Wilson ended up return to ‘the island,’
dwelling alone in an ARGUS super-max facility,
he’s still left with a pulse. Not to mention one
heck of a grudge.
Since Deathstroke’s story is clearly far from over
(and could have been ended if the showrunners
wished), and fans know that a man like Slade
Wilson should never be counted out, some fans
have hoped for his return. When asked about the
possibility by ComicBook.com , Bennett spoke
candidly. While he may not have a return date
set, those running the Arrow /Flash universe made
their long term wishes clear:
“Realistically, when we talk about storyline, they
threw me into a really interesting place:
Purgatory. You know, I’m left at the end shaking
the bars, going ‘I keep my promises, kid.’ And I
think I meant it. So I don’t think that they are
just going to let that voice subside into the vast
abyss… But at this stage, I don’t know. They said
at the end of the season last year, they said:
‘Look, we want you back. We want you back.’ But
there’s been no indication yet of how they’ll go
about that at any point in time, right now.”
It shouldn’t be too hard to see why (or how)
Deathstroke could be brought back into future
stories. The writers already introduced Amanda
Waller’s team of criminal operatives (known to
fans as the Suicide Squad), and while Wilson may
have some solitary confinement ahead of him, a
return in service to Waller would be in line with
the comics. The bottom line: when a villain like
Deathstroke is left alive promising revenge, it’s
safe to assume the show’s writers have a plan.
Regardless, the show’s producers have promised
that Arrow Season 3 will feature fewer
superpowers in favor of a more grounded
approach. So if Deathstroke really will be
returning, it won’t be immediately. And it may not
even be to Starling City at all, with The CW
confirming that more spinoff shows are being
discussed .
Magic Mike II is officially a go!
Channing Tatum surprised a number of people
when he and director Steven Soderbergh teamed
on Magic Mike , a film loosely inspired by Tatum’s
own experiences working as a stripper before he
became a professional actor. The movie was a
box office success ($167 million worldwide
against a $7 million budget) as well as a critical
success, and Tatum likewise earned praise for his
emotionally-nuanced performance – in addtion to
his looks and dance moves, of course.
Now a sequel, which is officially titled Magic Mike
XXL , has entered production for a theatrical
release next summer. Principal photography on
the project is now fully underway, as Tatum
announced on Twitter earlier today, with
Soderbergh serving as an executive producer – in
addition to being the film’s director of
photography and editor – and Soderbergh’s
longtime first assistant director, Gregory Jacobs,
set as the primary helmsman.

As much as we loved the island look, we're glad
to see Olivia Pope back where she belongs
aren't you?
Still, we wonder: how Jake is taking all of this
and just how many of Liv's Gladiators will be by
her side this season?
With Fitz's first State of the Union address for
his second administration coming up, will he
enlist Liv's help in crafting his message? Will
these two do more than cross paths in hallways
or will the lines remain firming in place
throughout Scandal Season 4?

A nigerian movie chat is long over due
Am I the only that thinks a world giant like Nollywood 's absence of a standard movie charting system or company is beyond surprising.
Part of which can very blamed on the fact that most of the movies are not usually released theatrivally, which makes it difficult to track the revenues generated from the movies
Seth Rogen; the new king of comedy?
Just finished watching the movie bad neighbours and I must say Seth Rogen is really getting in his stride. Earlier this year he Co wrote and directed the apocalyptic comedy this is the end and I must say I falls under my list of best comedy movies of the year and a must watch for comedy lovers.
He is a perfect blend of a guy next door and a guy you don't want next door. Is he the leader of the new and improved frat pack (and for those of you, who don't know who are frat pack are, panicked not it will be explained in my next post).
His movies are reading in millions at the box office and there is no sign of him slowing down.
The box office
